Angie Harmon was an American model/actress who appeared in many films and series. In the beginning, she was a model for professional use, but after gaining international fame she decided to venture into acting. She started her acting career in the television series "Baywatch Nights" which premiered in 1995. Her voice has appeared in a film adaptation of 'Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker.' Harmon has stepped down from TV shows in 2000, focusing on movies. Harmon returned to television after appearing in a few films. She was among few actors who been photographed in a discreet manner for the 'Allure' magazine in 2008. The character as the detective Jane Rizzoli was her most notable work on the TNT series Rizzoli & Isles. Her award was with an award for her role as a police detective. Angie Harmon is nominated and awarded for outstanding work.
