Ashley was born prematurely and weighed 2 pounds, 8 pounds, 8 ounces. For a whole month, she was admitted to the ICU. Parents were informed that her heart was going to need surgery on Christmas Day. Prayers were answered when her parents went to the hospital Christmas Day and were told by doctors that her heart was been shut. Ashley has never required any surgery. Her hospitalization lasted two months, and she weighed 4 1/2 lbs when she went home. Since then, she has been in good health since! Her father has English and German ancestry. Her mother is Irish. In 2002, Ashley was first noticed as a model in an ad for the Salon Surprise Barbie Doll. Ashley was approached first by the Ford Modeling Agency when she reached the age of eight. She was a steady performer in the print industry and remains with the Agency. At the age of 10, Ashley opted to train as an actor. Ashley started her acting career by doing 35 commercials and moved on to theatre roles. Ashley had found her passion. Ashley's focus shifted to acting. There was not much time left for dance and modeling. Ashley appeared as "Hanna Marin", a character on ABC Family, Pretty Little Liars (2010). Ashley was in Romeo Miller's (aka Lil Romeo), as well as Solange's "True Love" music video. Ashley shot a picture with Britney Spears for Vogue Magazine. She's part of NLT "That Girl" which is an music video.
